Brief Biography

Upon getting to  know me, people quickly realize how passionate I am about health and fitness.  However, that wasn't always the case.  Throughout high school and college, I was drawn to the world of investments.  After obtaining a finance degree in 2000, I spent several years in Corporate America.  Thanks to a couple of personal health scares, it was during this time that I started working out.  As the years went by, I became more interested in health and fitness and started flirting with the idea of a career change.  Finally, in 2007, I took the leap and started working towards a fitness degree, which I obtained in 2009.

My wife and I then moved to Anthem, AZ in 2010 with our 6 month old son.  I immediately went to work creating Fitness Home Delivery, Inc.  My vision was simple.  For a large portion of the population, the health club industry was not working.  Therefore,  I wanted to show people how to get healthy and fit in the comfort of their own home.

As the years have passed, my wife and I welcomed a second son into our family and I have welcomed several clients in the Fitness Home Delivery family.  As I write this update, it is now 2017.  I just celebrated my 40th birthday with a trip to Sedona (picture above)!  I am healthy, happy, and full of excitement about what the future holds.  To learn more about me and how much I love to share my passion for health & fitness, please call or text to 480-399-9552 or email me at
